Well, I finally was able to take part in a steel plate match, my first, at Clark Rifles and managed to place 3rd out of a field of 20. Not bad if I do say so myself. I shot the match with my Ruger 22/45, what an accurate little gun and a pleasure to shoot! Next month I'll try my luck again. Who knows, I might get 1st place?! I lost earlier on to the 1st place winner this match because I got nervous and forgot the greatest piece of advice I got from the 2nd place winner, "Take your time."Up above is a photo of the three winners for January 2007.
